We want you to love your purchase! That’s why we offer simple and stress-free returns and exchanges.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

For USA orders:

  • If you choose to return the item using your own shipping method, you’ll receive a full refund (excl. shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5–8 business days after the items are received.
  • If you prefer to use our prepaid return label, a $5.99 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping. To request a return label, email us at uniinfinityllc@gmail.com.

For international orders:

  • To start a return, please contact us first. You may then return your items using the carrier of your choice. After we receive your items, a full refund (excl. shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–8 business days. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept used items under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize hygiene and safety for all our customers.
